P informs me that some version of this picture is up in his office at work. Not to be confused with Vin Diesel, of course. baby-j looks especially crazy here, which is sort of how he is at night when we try to get him to go to bed. Oh, who am I kidding? He's like this morning, noon, and night, which is part of why he's so great.
